- "Meteor75 HD" — BetaFPV Meteor75 Pro P1. Matrix 1S 3IN1 HD FC (G473, integrated ELRS 2.4G, 5V/3A BEC), 1102 22,000KV motors. Undergoing conversion to HDZero (Whoop V2 VTX, MIPI). Camera: Nano90 or Nano V3 (from bundle) — decision pending; the loser shelves as the fleet's spare MIPI camera. The removed ArtLynk P1 air unit and camera go to the for-sale lot.
- Aquila16 — BetaFPV ready-to-fly kit, analog, 1102 18,000KV. Flies with the kit's VR03 goggles and LiteRadio 2; serves as the guest/loaner rig.

- BetaFPV LAVA II 1S 680mAh 4.35V HV 95C BT2.0 (×4) — allocated to the two 75mm builds. HV chemistry: charge in HV (4.35V) mode ONLY these packs; standard mode for everything else.
- BetaFPV BT2.0 300mAh 4.35V HV (×8) — slightly higher capacity for the 65mm builds. Major upside: replacement packs arrive within a day or two via Amazon.
- BetaFPV LAVA II 280mAh 4.35V HV BT2.0 (×5) — lighter, perhaps more nimble on some 65mm builds.
- BetaFPV Aquila16 1100mAh HV BT2.0 (×2) — stock with the RTF Aquila16 kit. (Listed in prior revision as 11000mAh — presumed typo; verify label.)
- BetaFPV BT2.0 Charger/Tester V2 — came with the Aquila16 kit.

Fleet doctrine: one craft per cell of the 2×2 matrix — {65mm, 75mm} × {analog, HDZero}. Build 0 fills 75mm/HD; A fills 65mm/analog; B fills 65mm/HD; C fills 75mm/analog. No further builds planned; surplus FCs, motors, and frames are spares, not seeds.

Several items ship on backorder rather than being refused. Check each product page at checkout; consider splitting into two orders so backordered items don't hold the parcel hostage.

Smoke-stopper note (resolved — do NOT purchase an adapter)
The VIFLY ShortSaver V2 on hand does not operate at 1S (input floor 7 V / 2S). An XT30→BT2.0 adapter will not help. First power-up procedure for 1S builds instead:
- Multimeter continuity check across battery +/− pads before any power source touches the board.
- USB-C only, no battery: verify Betaflight enumeration, feel for hot spots, check the 5 V rail.
- Battery only after steps 1–2 pass. Optional: bench supply, current-limited, via a home-made BT2.0 lead.

- LAVA II HV packs: charge in HV (4.35 V) mode ONLY these; standard mode for everything else.
- 1 mm press-fit props: always use the Prop Popper.
- Gemfan 45 mm props are 1.5 mm bore — 1102 Meteor75 fleet only; do NOT force onto 702/802 shafts.
