Holograms

A hologram is someone whose philosophy is not their own; it is beamed into them (e.g., Offloaded Thinking). You cannot engage in productive debate with a hologram, because you are actually debating a massive Echo Chamber hivemind. If you challenge anything a hologram says, if you try to scratch beneath the surface, they will lash out. It is all they can do—it is a defensive measure.

A hologram has fallen prey to some measure of Echo Chambers, Offloaded Thinking, Passive Information Consumption, and a lack of Critical Thinking. To check whether you might be a hologram, you can take a core belief that you have and challenge it. If challenging it just makes you angry (especially deep rage), it's probably you. You should considering exploring your worldview through writing (Writing Is Thinking).

I have seen a lot of holograms who think higher of "their" opinions due to not understanding Credentials Are Not Capabilities (see point #2 as to why institutions have failed them).
